Application Questions
For 2024, applications open April 1st and close May 4th at 11:59 PM UK and Ireland time.
Once the application cycle is complete, each application is reviewed by the Pitch Perfect investment team. Selected applicants are notified a week before the Pitch Perfect event.

It is important to note that there is no fees for applying and participating in Pitch Perfect. However, we hope that the shortlisted applicants will not withdraw their application at too short a notice for logistical reasons.
Startups are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, food, visa, insurance, etc.
You will receive an invitation that includes a complimentary pass to the 11th ARVR INNOVATE conference on May 8th. Should you decide to make any additional purchases, you can enjoy a 30% discount by using the code that will be available upon application submission. Additionally, the invite includes a networking session in the evening.
Yes, your application will be kept confidential and shared with the internal Pitch Perfect review committee only.
Qualification & Review Questions
Startups who apply must have an MVP. We are looking for startups that are bootstrapped, pre-seed, or seed-level funded from AI
and spatial computing industry who are focused on solving interesting problems.
Startups will be selected for a combination of reasons: the product, business impact and last but not the least, a convincing pitch.
We received many applications but due to time constraints owing to the conference schedule, we shortlisted a few applications for the pitch.
